Xiaomi has been releasing the
Xiaomi 5G CPE Prorouter since 2023 (alt name:Magenta Internet 5G Box AX5400).It's likely that a modem RG520N-EB is used internally, as I found the following file name inside the firmware:
RG520NEBDCR03A04_XM.zipFor a long time, I couldn't find direct links to firmware on the Xiaomi CDN server, as the filename structure was unknown.
But yesterday, one user posted a direct link to one of the firmware versions: http://cdn.awsde0-fusion.fds.api.mi-img.com/xiaoqiang/rom/cb0401v2/miwifi_cb0401v2_R03A04-FOTA_firmware_b8c2a_3.0.59_INT_ispver-3.0.6.bin
This Xiaomi router firmware probably uses the following firmware: RG520NEBDCR03A04_XM_xx.xxx.xx.xxx
Now it's clear how the file name is formed.
However, I can't find all the firmware versions for the 5G modem RG520N-EB.
Can you help me find all the firmware versions released for this modem?

I found the latest version here: https://forums.quectel.com/t/firmware-for-rg520n-eb/17972/28
RG520NEBDCR03A05M4G_XM_01.200.01.200It probably only appeared in 2025.
@4IceG commented on GitHub (Oct 16, 2025):
Hi,
Unfortunately, I don't have access to this firmware. I don't know if it's Quectel firmware or modified software by Xiaomi.
