Describe the bug

Hello, i forwarded port, and checked it, it's open. Then i created a NO-IP DNS, sent it to my friend to test it, and when he opens it's, no connections shows up. Can you help me? (WE'RE NOT ON THE SAME NETWORK, THAT'S WHY I FORWARDED PORT.)
