Good Day!

I am testing/running both server and client machines on Windows 7 32 bit vmware. And both network settings are in NAT.

My settings on Quasar Server, build and client exe are good. But upon connecting and listening it is stuck on TIME_WAIT per checking on the netstat, hence, results with the no connection from both sides. May i kindly request for your assistance regarding this please.
