Describe the bug
startup Manager from toolbar
can not type special characters ie.. : \ "
won't let you.

To Reproduce
open startup Manager in server toolbar
try to type special characters ie.. : \ "
won't let you

Expected behavior
Should be able to type in c:\location\whatever.exe cant type : or \ and "

System

Server OS: Windows 10
Client OS: Windows 10
Server installed .NET Framework version: v4.8
Client installed .NET Framework version: v4.8
Quasar Version: 1.4.0 newest
Build configuration: both Debug/Release

Additional context
When you try to add a startup entry in Path field using "Startup Manager" it won't
let you use special characters ie.. : \ " you're forced to copy and paste.
