Hi,
I can reproduce the bug anytime.
So when I connect a client for the first time, I can do it with no issue even if I'm on battery or plugged in.
But when I restart the laptop and waits for the client to reconnect, It won't reconnect unless the laptop is plugged to power source.
I tried it while battery is on 80~100% and It still won't connect unless the laptop is plugged.
The performance mode is set to maximum performance for the battery settings.
Any idea about this?

I found the issue.
When you set the client files to be hidden, There will be a schedule task that will execute the file on user logon.
Under the task schedule settings in "conditions" you need to unmark the "Only run on AC Power"
