Does quasar rat v1.40 has persistence ? so after executing the exe application no anti virus and windows defender can delete it

If it's not a persistence ,what can we do make it persistence ?

The persistence is the installation of the client. Add an exception to your AV if it deletes the client. Other illegal usage is not supported.
