With the current version of Quasar it is impossible for multiple people to manage connected clients at the same time. To solve this, I recommend adding a dedicated server you can run on a Linux server which clients to connect to and whoever wants to manage the clients can connect to the dedicated server allowing multiple people to manage clients at once.
