It's' the remote path:
/home/user/Downloads/Quasar v1.3.0.0/C:\/WINDOWS/..\
and it's the error:
Status: GetDirectory failed
I think that Path.GetFullPath on Mono doesn't work as expected: github.com/quasar/QuasarRAT@64cb0e5f83/Server/Forms/FrmFileManager.cs (L46)
