According to several articles in 2017, Quasar and thus QuasarRAT are vulnerable to attack or exploit. I notice that there has been very little activity on QuasarRAT in that time period. Is this software still being maintained, and is it safe to use in a corporate environment?
@MaxXor commented on GitHub (Jan 25, 2018):
Hello, Quasar is not actively maintained, but the vulnerability (https://github.com/quasar/QuasarRAT/issues/623) has been fixed. The updated binaries can be downloaded here: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/MaxXor/quasarrat/build/BUILD295/job/crbeemapohw433t4/artifacts
