Please consider adding an option to prevent Proxyman from automatically starting a capture when the application is first launched.

Today, Proxyman begins capturing HTTP requests as soon as the window finishes loading - this is not ideal for how I use the application.

Wireshark, HttpWatch, and Charles Proxy all provide this capability. It would be great to have it in Proxyman!

Hey @jeffh-cloudflare, you can opt-out this feature by going to Preference -> Uncheck "Auto Override System Proxy at Launch"

Proxyman won't override the system proxy, until you enable it (Tools -> Proxy Setting -> Override macOS Proxy or Shortcut: CMD+Option+O) 👍
