Description

If the user uses Xcode 11.4 or before, simctl keychain is not available. Ref: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode-release-notes/xcode-11_4-release-notes

Therefore, they could not install the certificate to iOS Simulators. We should fix it 👍

Acceptance Criteria

• Only use simctl keychain on macOS 10.15.4+ where Xcode 12+ is available
• Use legacy approach for other uses
