Description

At the moment, we use custom code to install/trust the certificate and restart it. We might consider using simctl (https://suelan.github.io/2020/02/05/iOS-Simulator-from-the-Command-Line/) to do it 👍

One drawback of the current approach is:

After restarting the iOS Simulator, the iOS Simulator will open the default version. It's not the version that we restarted.
