Description

Some users report that if they install the Helper Tool, they could not see any Traffic after 5 seconds after the launch time. If they uninstall the helper tool. It fixes their problem.

We investigate the code and find out that in some edge scenario, the Helper Tool will revert the Proxy if they could not find the Host app (Proxyman) even though it's opening.

Acceptance Criteria

Fix it and make sure it reverts the Proxy config correctly
