Description

Apple has announced the new MacBook with an M1 chip, we should support it.

Acceptance Criteria

Use Xcode 12.2 to build a Universal build (Intel and ARM arch)

Beta here: https://proxyman.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/beta/Proxyman_2.12.0_Support_ARM64.dmg

✅ Build successfully with Universal Arch (Intel and Base64)
✅ Tested with Catalina 10.15.7
✅ Test with Big Sur (ongoing)
