Description

Users report that in a few scenarios, they use Map Remote and need to keep the Host Header in order to work with their IIS server.

It's officially supported by other tools. We should support it 👍

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add "Preserve Host in Header Fields" in Remote Tool
  • Don't change the Host Header for the Remote Map Request
