Description

Some users are not aware that they can click on the "Cog" button on the URL Bar to customize previewer tabs, we should add the "+" button in the Request/Response Tabs. Therefore, it's visible and everyone can know this useful feature 👍

Acceptance Criteria

Add "+" button on Request/Response panels (Except Compose and Breakpoint)
