Description

If the connection is alive, and we enable the Block on this host. Sometimes, it works but not reliable. We should investigate why it happens.

To workaround, just Quit Proxyman and re-open.

How to reproduce

1. Open google.com
2. Set google.com as a Block List
3. Reload google.com
4. Sometimes it blocks, sometimes it doesn't

The problem is "Close all alive connection" doesn't work well in certain scenarios 🐛
