Acceptance Criteria

• Show File open Panel as a sheet model
• Remove all Done buttons, because it's unnecessary in macOS world
• Add description on Map Local Tools to tell the user that Map Local is automatically saved after 1 second
• Remove Tree View checkbox in Preference -> General
