Description

Some users request that it would be great if they can organize the Map Local Rule to each folder, or sorting by Name/Method/URL. Thus, it's easier if there have many projects

We should support it 🙌

Acceptance Criteria

• Able to create folders
• Sort by columns
• Apply to all tables (Block, Allow, Local, Remote, Breakpoint, ...)
