Proxyman version? (Ex. Proxyman 1.4.3)

Proxyman 1.23.0

macOS Version? (Ex. mac 10.14)

10.15.4

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup a map local with a PDF file. (probably similar issue with other file types?)
2. Close the Map Local widow
3. Re-open the Map Local window
4. Select the map rule matching a file

Expected behavior

The external file is untouched

Actual behavior

The external file's content is altered.
Loss of user data unrelated to Proxyman.

The content of the file is replaced with

<Binary Data>

Hey @jeanetienne, check out this BETA build: https://proxyman.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/beta/Proxyman_1.23.0_Bug_Overwrite_Local_File.dmg

From now, if it's not text-based content, Proxyman won't accidentally alter the content 👍
