Description

Some users complain that the app prompts the Update Popup at the launch time is too annoying even though they skip it.

We need to investigate why "Skip" action doesn't work and prevent promptly.

Acceptance Criteria

Shouldn't prompt the Update
Able to skip the build

Changelog

Respect the "Skip this build" -> Don't prompt
Show the number of updates behind. Ex: 5 New Updates to encourage the user to update to the latest build
Remove the Automatically Download Build logic and in Preference: Advanced Tab => Sparkle framework is buggy. If the build is downloading on the background, there is no prompt if we click "Check for Update"
