🐶 Brief

Currently, Proxyman does make a request to the server before starting manipulating the Response for Map Local. As a result, some users couldn't do mock testing with some invalid URL.

We should improve its behavior

👑 Criteria

• Shouldn't hit the server if the request is mapped with a local file
