🐶 Brief

There is a minor improvement that the Flow list should scroll to bottom automatically if there is new requests (Only do if the Scroller Bar is currently at bottom)

👑 Criteria

Scroll to bottom if there is new requests (if the bar is already at bottom)

All done. The layout is clean and elegant than before. Automatically scroll to bottom make it easier to keep track the new in-coming requests and it doesn't lose your current focus 🎉
