🐶 Brief

Google Chrome & Safari did really good job to support the Bottom and Right position for the Inspector Windows. It's easier to debug in various situations.

On the other hand, some users complain that the Request/Response in the Right make it's more difficult to see full text of URL (especially complex URLs)

We should support it, so it would fulfill majority of people, who have different working style.

Adopt new icon for Dock and Detach Windows
Support Bottom and Right position
Improve the behavior
