🐶 Brief

Some users request that they would see the base64 decode for particular selected string in the body.

We should add the [View as] -> Base64 Decode in the right contextual Menu.

👑 Criteria

• Add View as menu in the right-click menu when selecting text in all controls. Ex: Raw, Response, Header, ...
• Show Popover with decoded string
