🐶 Brief

There are some UI controls that make Proxyman feels bad when comparing with the first elegant Proxyman.

For instance,

Filter Bar is overlapped by Right-Panel
The bottom Status bar of the middle panel is so tiny and it often is overlapped by the right panel.
....

👑 Criteria

Move Filter bar out from the Split View. The Filter bar should be located below the Main Tool Bar: Couldn't overlap by any panel -> 100% visible
Improve the layout of Filter bar: Ex: - [All] - [HTTP] - [HTTPS] - [WebSocket] ---- [JSON] - [HTML] - [IMG] - ....
We can select HTTPS and JSON at the same time, and so all
Move Bottom bar out of the Main Split View
Keep the Filter URL Text Field as it is (In Middle Panel)
Remove the Error icon in Left Panel if the Certificate is removed
