🐶 Brief

Proxyman locally generates the CA Proxyman, but the title of the certificate is sketchy. Therefore, some users assume that it's not generated from their device.

We should add some information like Charles Proxy does.

👑 Criteria

Add NetBIOS network name and date during creation
Fallback to default name (old version)
Add Key Usage and Netscape Comment to OpenSSL config.
