🐶 Brief

As from the following screenshot, the Filter Bar and bottom bar looks bad when the Content Panel overlap both. We should improve the UI to make it better.

👑 Criteria

Make bottom Toolbar expand to right-edge (Flow List + Content Panel are above)
Filter Bar should always be visible and position out fo Flowlist + Content panel
Search View in Filter Bar should be hidden like Xcode (until hit CMD+F)
