🐶 Brief

There are many users who request this Breakpoint feature, which is capable of manipulating the content of the out-going request.

It's time to support it since it's not a big deal when we've already shipped the Map Local 🙌

👑 Criteria

New Breakpoint UI
Support Wildcard
Convenience right-menu context for Breakpoint list
Able to breakpoint the request -> Present the Compose screen, which fills its contents
Able to edit and execute
Handle if there are same requests -> Show more windows.
