Description

There is a race condition when installing/loading a new CA Certificate -> Sometimes, Proxyman doesn't show the certificate after installing. Sometimes, it works fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Remove the certificate
2. Install again

Current Behavior

• Sometimes, the status doesn't update.

Expected Behavior

• The certificate status should update properly.

Environment

• App version: Proxyman 4.9.0
