Description

Currently, if we open the Home screen -> Go to different apps -> Back to Proxyman -> The "Verify the certificate" is called frequently.

We should refactor it to prevent unnecessary calls.

Acceptance

Make sure the "Verify the certificate" is called if the Setting screen appears
If the screen does not appear -> Should not call the func
