Steps to reproduce

Use proxyman-cli to export a scripting rule
Use proxyman-cli to import a exported file.

$ /Applications/Proxyman.app/Contents/MacOS/proxyman-cli import -m override -i ~/Desktop/proxymanconfig.config

Actual behavior

Proxyman could not import the scripting rules

Expected behavior

Should import all scripting rules
