Description

One useful feature of the Rule Folder is that we can disable the entire folder. Hence, all children's rules are disabled too.

However, the UI doesn't reflect it, so it's hard to know if the child is disabled if the parent is disabled ❌

Acceptance Criteria

If the folder is disabled, all children nodes should be grayed out, which indicates that they are disabled ✅
The user is still able to interact with the gray node (Edit)
