Description

According to our analysis (AppCenter + Setapp), the % users, who use macOS 10.13 is now below 0.2%. Additionally, we encounter the crash due to missing the system library libswift_Concurrency.dylib that we are not sure how to fix it (https://github.com/ProxymanApp/Proxyman/issues/1125)

Hence, we decide to drop macOS 10.13.
