Description

If we upload multipart/form a large file (> 50Mb), Proxyman app is unresponsive with a beach ball. A preliminary investigation shows that Proxyman tries to serialize the multipart/form-data every time we select this request, even though we don't actually open a Multipart tab 👍

Secondly, it's entirely processed on the Main Thread, which blocks the UI Thread.

Acceptance Criteria

Bring "Serialize multipart/form" to different threads
Only Serialize the multipart/form when we open a Multipart tab
