Description

A customer reports that there 50% chance that the POST requests are failed (999 Error) when uploading a large file (50Mb). Sometimes it works, sometimes not, which is unreliable. We should fix it.

Acceptance Criteria

• Investigate and fix why the upload is failed
• Find a way to update an upload progress UI like Charles Proxy
