I'm just wondering about Socks5 future feature... currently I use an app called Proxifier which is lets you route only certain applications into the ssh Socks5 proxy. I need this because I have to restrict running my apps in the Xcode Simulator to tunnel to my work laptop via Socks5 and it currently works just fine. If a future feature for Socks5 were added to Proxyman, would I still be able to use Proxyman with Proxifier https://www.proxifier.com? Wondering if this will work. Proxyman allows me to specify only certain applications use a Socks5 connection. If you need a beta tester for any future Socks5 let me know.
@NghiaTranUIT commented on GitHub (Oct 17, 2021):
Sorry, Proxyman hasn't supported SOCK5 yet. We have a plan to support SOCKS4/5 soon 👍
