🐶 Brief

If user skip the update build, the "New Build" badge in Status Bar doesn't appear anymore. Thus, the user is unable to be aware that there is a new build.

👑 Criteria

The "New build" badge is always appeared regardless of user' action.
It shouldn't present the GUI if user skips it
