Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Proxyman
  2. Take note of IP address in the status bar
  3. Wait until IP address of host changes

Expected behavior

  1. IP address in status bar updates as well

Actual behavior

  1. IP address never updates

Thanks for your report @timroesner. It happens because the Status Bar doesn't detect whether or not the network is changed. I'm fixing it and send you a beta soon 🙌

Hey @timroesner if you don't mind, please try this beta build: https://proxyman.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/beta/Proxyman_2.33.0_Update_Ipv4_change.dmg

Proxyman now observes the change of your IPv4 address (Using SystemConfiguration framework) and update the IP properly 👍

I tested and the IP is updated when I change from my WiFi to personal hotspots 🙌
