Update selfh.st/icon URLs to point to jsDelivr instead of GitHub

📋 Task details

Hey, Community Scripts team! While working through some recent requests I received for icons to be used in this repo, I noticed the current config files for each script are currently pointing to GitHub's own raw file domain:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/selfhst/icons/refs/heads/main/webp/2fauth.webp

It would be super helpful if the team could update the links to instead use jsDelivr's free CDN service instead:

https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/selfhst/icons/webp/2fauth.webp

This would not only help me track statistics/views, but the icons would also benefit from their global CDN presence.

Sure, we are working on updating anything anyway. Should be easy to do with a find/replace!

Thanks a bunch! I'm getting ready to push ~75% of the icons you requested earlier today -- I should have most of the rest added in the next day or two.

All links use CDN now, as per your instruction @shollyethan. The update is prepared at this branch:
https://github.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVE/tree/jsons

as soon as big boys approve this, we will push to the main branch
