Change release channel for the zabbix script

📝 Detailed description

Currently creating a new Zabbix LXC results in version 7.4, which is still in pre-release state. I don't think the default should be that. It should be either latest (7.,2) or LTS (7.0). Maybe add an option in advanced?

💡 Why is this useful?

Pre-release channels contain bugs and unwanted behaviors. It should be only used with caution.

This is a Zabbix topic
They don't maintain the versions well, or at all. Report it there and if they ever change their release policy you can revise it
