Jellyfin has recently updated the ffmpeg codec, however, the helper script still uses an older version. This causes updating to fail.

I thought this issue was fixed in Issue #190

Looks like it was fixed, and this should update ffmpeg. Are you sure you were running the script from this repository not tteck's old repo?
