Used the
bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVE/main/ct/plex.sh)"
and the
bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://git.community-scripts.org/community-scripts/ProxmoxVE/raw/branch/main/ct/plex.sh)"
with the same outcome on Proxmox Virtual Environment 8.1.10

Your Template or storage is corrupt. Check your Proxmox - its Not an Script issue. It Breaks before creating an lXc
