Add Seafile installer to Proxmox Community Scripts

📝 Detailed description

This request is to include an automated installer script for Seafile, similar to the existing scripts for other self-hosted services. The script would provision a lightweight LXC container and install Seafile with minimal user interaction.

💡 Why is this useful?

Seafile is a popular self-hosted file sync and sharing platform, ideal for privacy-conscious users. Including it in the Proxmox Community Scripts would:
