When downloading the the addons (like copyparty) the visual hint in the card wont show that it is downloaded and will not be counted in the installed scripts tab counter

🔄 Steps to reproduce the issue.

Download any addon
refresh page
see tag "not downloaded" and check if "installed scripts" counter went up +1
