I play Genshin with a PS5 controller, so I would like this, as well.

I think this functionality already exists when using key mapping, so maybe just a hot key for using the functionality without key mapping? Or auto hide after a few seconds of inactivity/show when moving the mouse.

Is there any progress on this issue? It's really annoying!

The solution for me was using a free tool called cursorcerer, then I configured to hide the cursor after 5 seconds

On the release build of pressing Cmd + . while an application is in fullscreen still causes it to exit fullscreen and return to a windowed view.

Interestingly, I've found that the nightly build does exhibit the expected behavior of hiding the cursor.

Can anyone else confirm this difference in Cmd + . behavior between the release and nightly builds?

The release date for version 3.1.0 is September 2 2024, the feature is January 8 2025. So obviously yes, version 3.1.0 does not have that feature.
