Describe the bug
The aspect ratio of application isn't changing regardless of what setting has been chosen.
In the screenshots below, I have 16:10 aspect ratio selected but the game still opens in 16:9

[I'm using macOS Sequoia Beta 2, might be related]
Additionally, I would also like to add that when games are installed for the first time, the detected aspect ratio is always 16:9, regardless of whether the screen is 16:10. This buy has persisted through earlier versions of PlayCover without being fixed(refer to #1113
Edit: Upon further inspection, it seems that no graphic related setting is taking effect.
Steps to reproduce
Expected behaviour
Aspect ratio should change according to the setting

Issue Language
@iewnfod commented on GitHub (Jul 2, 2024):
Same issue in macOS Sonoma.
@Katsuo-o commented on GitHub (Jul 2, 2024):
Exactly the same problem. I tried to change the aspect ratio of another game, and I could change it from 16:10 to 16:9, but it doesn't want to return from 16:9.
MacOS Sonoma (14).
Playcover 3.0.0.
@RellikJaeger commented on GitHub (Aug 24, 2024):
Experiencing the same issue on M2 MacBook Pro, macOS Sonoma 14.6.1. I uninstalled PlayCover, removed all games, and cleared out the remaining files, but PlayCover permissions still show up in the System settings. I tried reinstalling PlayCover 3.0.0 (793) from the GitHub release, but the problem persists. I can’t completely remove the old configurations, and I can’t set up new ones either. I’m not sure how to do a clean install without the old configs or permissions.
