Describe the bug

I am trying to download Genshin and Honkai on my Mac but the first thing I noticed was the instead of the downloading I saw on my friends mac, it was a opaque off white bar in the middle of the screen which represented a download. I could only download the App because I dragged and dropped in from decrypt, but I couldn't download these apps from Play Cover directly. When I tried to open it it would do one of two things; flash open in the dock and then not open or do the same and show a prompt to reopen, which would do nothing and show the same prompt

The downloads issue can be resolved by going into full screen and returning to windowed mode. Have you tried restarting?

Also, what is your exact version of macOS with the build?

It is a Macbook Air with macOS Sonoma version 14.3. Also I put it in full screen and it opened but the keybinds wouldn't work so I tried to reset the keybinds and now it won't open again.
