More details
Some mobile apps, such as Gmail, provide certain features unavailable on the website. These include (e.g. creating new accounts without providing a phone number). Reddit has some such features, which I'm not going to mention, but that's my intent for trying to run it. I was hoping that the bigger display on my Mac would let me see a certain text box that's cut off on my iPad.
I downloaded the Reddit app from my physical iPhone (failed bc encrypted), then twice from armconverter and decrypt.day. The latter two opened as a blank white window, then crashed a few seconds later. I'm unable to try out the Reddit app on Apple silicon. If there's another solution besides PlayCover that will let me copy all the text in that text box, I'm fine with that too.

While we probably can fix it, I personally find it probably not worth the time investment:
TL,DR: Just use the web version.

It would be awesome to add support for the Reddit app. I'd like to bring some additional points to your attention, particularly concerning the recent changes in Reddit's API access.
Changes in Reddit API Access: Recently, Reddit has changed its API access, which has impacted the functionality of many third-party apps like Apollo.
Web Version Limitations: While Reddit offers a web version, it often falls short in terms of user experience compared to dedicated apps. Features like optimized navigation, better notification handling, and a more responsive interface.
