not too much, just like the jycss game or some when you need to communicate with your friend, the mike not word, and you even cannot heard their talk but you can heard the game sound it is annoid. Really severe for the qq

I also encountered this problem, I installed jkchess (金铲铲之战), also granted the game microphone permissions, but still can not use the microphone, prompting me "no microphone permissions"
